We have successfully developed a network of suppliers and staff resources and network with vendors we’ve met or worked with at events. This include also for booking tickets, hotel rooms and possibly transportation. Beware of this option because your client may question your sense of loyalty, etc.
Exhibition Services
We draw a floor plan and manage the Exhibition area that will cater for Exhibitors. We will be responsible for managing the exhibition with a staff assigned to the Exhibition site to answer all requests. Security of the items will be assured with the support of the Venue security. All set up for the Exhibition will be the day before the Conference is officially opened.
