The Solar Outreach Partnership helps communities overcome individual needs and barriers with assistance that may take the form of program or policy analysis, research support, a technical review of an RFP, market analysis, or technical assistance specific to a school or school district.
The Solar Technical Assistance
The Solar Technical Assistance Team provides technical assistance services, such as policy evaluation and potential impact analysis, to state policy makers and staff regarding solar technology deployment.
The State Energy Strategies
The State Energy Strategies funding program provides technical and analytical assistance to states as they seek to meet their renewable energy goals and maximize the benefits of deploying more clean energy.
Water - Hydropower Resource
Water – Hydropower Resource Assessment and Characterization offers reports and maps that assess the total technically recoverable energy available in the nation´s powered dams, non-powered dams, and untapped stream-reaches. Marine and Hydrokinetic Resource Assessment and Characterization offers reports and maps that assess the technically recoverable energy available in the nation´s waves, tidal and river currents, and ocean thermal gradients.

Wind
Wind Resource Maps and Data provides states, utilities, and wind energy developers with utility-scale wind resource maps to locate and quantify the wind resource, identifying potentially windy sites within a fairly large region and determining a potential site's economic and technical viability.
